i had a regular period on may16th but on june3rd i had a colposcopy and bisopy done but since then i havent seen my period but know i'm spotting blood?

Missed period: Could be caused by pregnancy, non-ovulatory cycles, infections, thyroid problems, and other. Colposcopy with biopsy would not cause you to be late. Take a pregnancy test and see your gynecologist.
