Normal Anatomy: Nearly all young humans are thin enough to easily feel their abdominal aorta and its pulsing. It is highly unlikely that you have an AAA.

Very unlikely: First of all. Thin individuals can feel their pulse above their navel this is normal. Second ,Aortic Abnormal Aneurysms are very very very unlikely to occur in young non smokers . Frankly they rarely occur in smokers under 50. They are even more unlikely to occur in non smokers.
