Zithromax Side Effec: Depends on what side effects you have question for, most of GI side effects like loose stools, stomach pain, nausea&vomiting can sometime persist more than week in some cases.Acute allergic reaction with difficulty breathin, tightness in chest& pain, irregular heart beat, rash, muscle weakness, wheezing, vision problemsetc, in some cases may persist>6 days.There are many more side effects, can you be specifi.

Beware: Most common side effect is GI upset.But a new fda warning came out this week about heart problems.All drugs have risks-do not take any rx without risk/benefit thought.
