I had a cyst on my back that had to be cut and drained. i'm waiting for the culture but the pus was green does that indicate any type of bacteria?

No: Gram stain and culture has to be resulted in order to treat correctly. Some people guess based on color or smell of pus. But, this does not have accuracy.
