Lose weight?: By "reduce fat", I assume you mean lose weight . Believe it or not, exercise is NOT the key to losing wt. (so you're ok without it). Moderate exercise for an hour burns up fewer calories than 1 Big Mac (McDonald's hamburger). The way to lose weight is to reduce the amount you eat and switch to less calorie dense foods.
