Adverse effect or ?: Nausea and dizziness are very non-specific symptoms, & have Broad differentials. It could be adverse effect from your Actifed(Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephryne), and stop the medication and see if there is any change. Definitely will need to see your doctor if the symptoms persist.. Be well
