Possibly serious.: You may have aspirated stomach contents while seizing. If you are short of breath, it's wise to be evaluated in the ER. There are other possible explanations, but they are much less likely. Nevertheless you could have caused chest trauma such as a broken rib or small pneumothorax (air between the lung and chest wall.) emergency evaluation seems reasonable.
