Pain over left collar bone bf neck when taking a deep breathe something chest pain it happens every now and then sometime serious or no?

Muscular: Sounds muscular, definitely not heart. Is it hurting only when you take a very deep breath or even with shallow breaths? Is there a sore spot when you press different places on your chest? If you're coughing, have fever, and/or feel short of breath, you need to see your doctor. Otherwise, I'd say "not serious".
