Couple of things. ..: ...U need a good routine of stretching, yoga is a great way 2 start, also join a gym or health club, they have AT-C'S that can set up a program 4 U.both stretching & core strengthening, but Ur main prob is tight muscles. Most clubs have yoga classes U can sign up 4. Any program should focus on stretching#1, core#2.
