Unlikely due to sex: It is not clear what you mean by shape feels different or faced down, but it is not likely that the shape or position of cervix would get affected by being hit with a penis, no matter how hard.

Not from Sex: If your cervix is swollen, changed anatomically or in any way different it is of significant concern for infection or cancer. You need a professional to examine you urgently (not the ER but the Gynecologist). Your husband's penis did not cause this.
