See your GYN: A "bubble" near the clitoris which is "inside" is still close enough to the surface not to be an ovarian cyst. It might be a Bartholin's cyst which has gotten large enough to be felt near the clitoris, though those glands are generally further towards the base of the labia. in any case, it's something you should have looked at by your GYN doctor, to see if it needs antibiotics or drainage.
