How do you know if you have had your growth spurt? and is it possible to have a second growth spurt?

Growth: Usually, when your height has stabilized and you don't continue to have significant changes for a year or more, you may have finished your growth spurt. For most girls, the fastest growth time is 2 years before the first period and 2 years after. Some boys may have a second growth spurt, but it is less common in girls.
