Milk still best: Your baby's bottles or breast is still the mainstay of their diet a this point. They should be drinking about 32-36 ounces of milk daily. Most 7 months olds can do this with 4-5 milk/breast feeds a day, although there are a few babies who still take 7-8 feeds a day to do this at 7 months. If your baby is taking enough milk, then 1-2 times a day with solid foods is appropriate.
