Hi i have a severe burning in left inner ear for months.i have been to ent said bad was on antibiotics but no improvement.still have severe headaches.

Nerve irritation: Sounds like an irritated nerve, possibly a form of trigeminal neuralgia. I would consult a neurologist for further work up. Also make sure any ear infection is cleared up (family doctor or ENT recheck).

Neuralgia: You could be experiencing a rare condition termed "Nervus Intermedius neuralgia" and if so, drugs such as gabapentin or Lyrica, (pregabalin) could help dramatically. Perhaps a neurologist could assist your.
