Diarrhea: Diarrhea is defined as frequent loose stools. If you have less than 4 stools in 24 hours, just drink and eat normally and this will pass. If more than 3, and no blood in your stool, then drink your pedialyte 10 or more oz per day x1 day, then start back on food. If you are more than 1 year old, consider imodium (loperamide) to help slow things down. Consider no milk in diet and florastor if this persist.
