Bentyl (dicyclomine): Bentyl (dicyclomine)- an antispasmodic to relieve the pain from spasms from ibs is a commonly used and most often generically given. Not sure what side effects you are having, but i would not think a generic form of Bentyl (dicyclomine) is an issue---the med however could cause drowsiness and dry mouth.
