Possibly: Spotting can be a sign of pregnancy or miscarriage. I would suggest getting tested.

It's possible..: but may not be the cause. The only way to find out for sure is to take a pregnancy test. If it's negative, it could just be a random abnormal cycle for you which is not terribly uncommon and happens to almost every woman at some point in their reproductive lives. If it continues, see your doctor and explore the other possibilities.

Not Pregnant: No. You had a normal period afer you were last sexual. The spotting represent something else such as cervical trauma, infection or cancer. The other doctors have wisely suggested that you get a pregnancy test. That is a valid recommendation so that you believe your own body's proof that you are not pregnant. But, I would recommend an exam after the test is done so the spotting can be addressed.
