Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Progesterone cream is not used to induce a period. Unclear why you are checking your temperature? If your pain and cramping continue then schedule a visit with an Obgyn for evaluation
