Ringing in ear: If you had a recent uri, it may be associated with it. Nonetheless, it would be a good idea to have a examination by a board certified otolaryngologist and maybe even a hearing test.

Don't know: It could be a number of issues. Migraines and high blood pressure could cause it. Go see a neurologist or ENT and get checked out.
