Minor bleeding: Minor bleeding like this with digital masturbation could have broken your hymen if you were a virgin. It could also just have irritated your tissues in that region just enough to cause some minor bleeding. Suggest water based lubrication for use during masturbation. If very painful after a few days, have an OB doctor take a peek to see what happened.
