Time to see the doc!: You describe high fevers, body aches, diarrhea, and now blood in your stools. This strongly suggests a more serious cause of your diarrhea, and further tests are needed. You should be seeing a doctor in the next day or so, using the Emergency Department if you can't otherwise get seen. Please start working on this.
