Abrasions or yeast: EphasianM: the red marks are probably either abrasions caused by friction with your jeans or other clothing, or may be a result of a yeast infection. Minimal concern.

Can't say for sure.: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
