Could still be heart: While there are several things that can cause your symptoms, e.g. gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, pleurisy, the one that is most seriously urgent and potentially life threatening is pain of heart origin. With an irregular heart rate, you should head to the nearest emergency room for EKG, blood work and examination. Do this now.
