Since I turned 44 I have sleep anxiety that wakes me up multiple times. I feel worse on an estrogen birth control pill, better on a progesterone only pill. But because I have a large fibroid, I have heavy bleeding on the progesterone only pill.
I am 34. For 2 years my periods are shorter, worse PMS, worse ovulation symptoms, and a bad uterine fibroid. Could it be low progesterone balance?
