Irritation: Hemorrhoids can cause bleeding and rectal pain. Wiping your anus frequently can also cause irritation as well but doesn't explain the blood. You could also have blood from food poisoning but that usually presents with other symptoms: stomach pain, vomiting, fever. You should see your doctor to confirm. Burning while urinating could be a sign of a urine infection but shouldn't cause anal pain
