Possibly normal: It's not uncommon for women to have varying amounts, colors and consistencies of vaginal discharge, that often vary based on the point during your menstrual cycle. It's common at the end of a women's period to have thick white discharge. Though it can also represent a yeast infection too; this tends not to come and go.
