Get another opinion: It is difficult to be specific when ones has only minimal information about your current status. However, in most cases, pregnancy can be successful. Many times heparin is used during the pregnancy to reduce the risk of fetal complications. As a rheumatologist, I have several patients with APS who have experienced uncomplicated pregnancies. The lack of a history of clotting is also in your favor.
