No pills: Eating calorie dense foods such as nuts, heavy cream, butter, fatty fishes, dried prunes, avocado can help increase your daily calorie intake and assist in the desired weight gain. Supplements for weight gain would be inferior in quality to whole foods which are readily available and much less expensive.

No tablets: Just eat more calories than you need in a day and you will gain fat. If calories in is more than calories out ( including activity and exercise) you will gain weight. Nuts are high in calories and healthy fats. One ounce of nuts has 200 calories. I would suggest carrying nuts around in small bags and nibble on them throughout the day for extra calories. That is a healthy way to gain weight.
