Tension headache: This part of the application is very confusing to me! There is really not enough information to answer here. Could be migraine, vestibular neuronitis,, viral illness, "hangover", herpes simplex or zoster involving auditory nerve, anxiety. BTW, check your spelling and grammar on the question. Ouch!
