Hi i keep going dizzy and light headed and having headaches and heartburn what could be the cause of this?

Heartburn: Please see a physician (p). Your symptoms of heart burn could be due to hiatal hernia, gastritis or an ulcer. Your dizziness could be a sign of anemia due to blood loss from one of those conditions. If you are light headed have the cause of it evaluated by a p sooner rather than later.
