I had lithotripsy 1 week ago - still not passing stone fragments and the pain in my kidney is getting worse, not better. should i seek help?

Yes: you might have a secondary obstruction. I would at least call the urologist who helped set up your lithotripsy and relate your symptoms.

Yes: By now you should have passed those fragments and you should have felt better. See your urologist or if unavaile you should go to ER.
