A podiatrist: deals only with feet and could surely help you. A foot doctor can may sure you have the right kind of shoes and walk correctly, that your electrolytes are normal and can give you exercises to relax your cramp. Hope you feel better.

Massage it.: take a bottle of poland spring water and put it in the freezer and then roll your foot over it while sitting down. Not sure you have to run to a doctor just yet..
