Hi, i have some type of throat infection. am taking antibiotics; esom-40, dompy domperidone and cedofox. can i also take painkillers for the pain?

Yes: I think by Cedofox you mean Cefpodoxime. You can take Panadol (acetaminophen), Ibuprofen, and Codeine safely. The absorption of Cefpodoxime is reduced 40% when taken with Esom-40. If the antibiotic doesn't work you should discuss this interaction with your prescriber.
