It can be for YOU.: From your age and weight ... it appears that you maybe of small stature,. During the winter when there is less insensible heat and water loss your blood pressure will generally be higher, and during hot weather with more fluid loss (i.e. sweating) .... BP can be low. This causes vasoconstriction which can cause cold hands and cold feet. Hydrate with gatorade to restore water/electrolyte loss.
