Time to see dr: The medicine you are using is just a topical anesthetic which is not treating anything but just trying to hide symptoms. That's the problem with OTC remedies - most people don't know what they are really treating. When you say ear infection = outer, middle or inner ear? Treatment is different depending on where infection is. Who made that diagnosis. Sounds like time to see the doctor and get help!
