Some do, some don't: The dermatologist who hire an aesthetician will probably charge as much as a spa salon for equivalent work, and more than seeing the aesthetician in her own office with less overhead. Make sure you need microdermabrasion, as it's harsher than doing exfoliation/scrub at home. (Sometimes feels like gentle sand blasting sensation.) Call and compare pricing is best.
