Why there is soft "tapping" like sound i heard in my ear? it is like 3-4 times and dissapear. occur in both ears.

Ear gnomes?: Not! it is likely you are partially congested, which improves your internal acoustics so when in right position you can "hear" your own pulse.

A Dentists thoughts: I'd try a decongestant and xylitol therapy (8 grams spread throughout day for min. A month). That may help for bacterial/fungal/allergies. Could be any number of other things...If it didn't get better, you'll prob. Need to see ent. Beware of simple antibiotic bc it does nothing for mold.
