Maybe but: This may be Hamstring but it does not exactly correspond to the injury you describe. However this could be your protective maneuvers to try to prevent injury from the fall.

Certainly possible: Certainly one of the cardinal symptoms of a hamstring strain is pain in the back of the thigh and buttock. With hypermobile joints I suppose you could've hyperflexed the knees or hyperextended the hip during the fall as well. Ice would be a good idea for the next couple of days along with something for pain and inflammation which you seem to be on. See your doctor if things don't improve soon.

It could be just a : mild mild muscular strain or even some referred pain from the knees to that region . If no improvement over a week or two-or with OTC meds then see your physician.
