Any Physician: Often episodes of sinusitis can be treated with over the counter medications (saline rinse, Mucinex (guaifenesin) D, nasacourt spray) IF the symptoms last more than 10 days then you need antibiotics (any MD can treat you for). But if it keeps recurring (4-6 episodes per year) or if you have one that last more than 3 months, then you should see an ENT to help you take the next step.
