Get help: Go to nearest medical facility....you might have a dropped lung/ fluid in lung./ rarely heart failure if any valvular disease hx.

Two common things..: It is possible that either you are suffering of acid reflux or post nasal drip. Both conditions can cause reactive airways which is manifested with wheezing you are describing when you lay down. It is recommended to try to elevate your head at least 30 degrees when in bed. If having stomach issues try to avoid irritants in your food and try anti acid If nasal congestion inhaled steroids can help.
