What causes both ears to be clogged just about 24/7, especially after showering?

Wax: Ther emay be wax buildup in the ear. Also water from showering is getting in the external canal. You can tilt you head to the side and pull gently outward on the rim and help drain the water. Or if you do NOT have a punctured drum drip in swimmers ear. Its basically alcohol and dries the water
