Viral infection: Most likely, you have a viral infection causing these symptoms. They should resolve on their own within a week. You also probably do have a low grade fever if you feel warm and cold and muscle achy

Virus?: My best guess would be that it's some sort of viral disease you caught which is the most common cause of sore throat and body aches and headache are common complaints to accompany this. Get adequate rest, take it easy, drink lots of water, try salt water gargles and hot tea with honey and lemon for your sore throat. It should pass within a few days.

Most likely viral: Rest, hydrate, good nutrition. Most viral illnesses last 5-7 days, and is self limiting in otherwise healthy individuals. Symptom relief with products for cold/headache/flu is useful
