Surgery?: Its an option, however if radio frequency ablation not tried, you may want to discuss with your doctor regarding this option. Also consideration can be for platelet/stem cell injections which may provide some healing. Lastly if you are considering surgery see if spinal cord stimulation maybe an option for you.
