For 5 weeks i have a burning pulses of pain in upper right calf that comes and goes all day. doesn't matter what i'm doing. feels like a nerve pinch ?

Could be : You would need a eval . Physical therapy might help

May need MRI: This type of pain in the area you have indicated sounds very much like a rupture / tear / sprain of the Plantaris muscle. This is a small muscle with the muscular head high in the calf and the tendon going down to the heel with the Achilles tendon. There are other possibilities but from what I hear, this is top of my list.
