Chronic constipation: Though some people may go every 2 to 3 days having a hard stool is consistent with constipation. Increase fluid intake and fiber in diet. May use fiber supplements plus stool softner if indicated

Bowels: The average person's bowel movements occur on a nearly daily basis. However, there is a broad range of normal, to include 2-3 times a week As long as there is no discomfort , you likely do not need to give timing much thought. Increasing dietary fiber, exercise, and water intake can increase the frequency of bowel movements.

No pain = okay: If you have no pain and the movements are normal w/out blood, pus, etc. you it could be okay. But I notice you do suffer, so followup w/ the provider who did the colonoscopy for treatment recommendations. Drink adequate water - lots! These other signs are more important than frequency alone. Best wishes!
