Cholesterol Deposits: It sounds like you are referring to Xanthelasma. There are multiple treatment modalities available for this condition, however none of them are consistent. Treatment options include Monochloro, Dichloro and Trichloroacetic Acid as well as CO2, Erbium and Argon Laser. Electrodesication, Cryosurgery as well as surgical excision can also be used. All of these treatments may cause scarring, however.
