Don't see an issue..: Just make sure you don't expose yourself to the sun; doxycycline can cause photosensitivity and can burn your skin and cause another dermatologic issue.

Yes: Biggest side effect is killing off the good bacteria as well as the bad which can lead to things like yeast infections. If you are concerned you can always hold the doxy for the time you are on the cefdinir.
