Dental issues: It's hard to tell what's going on by your description. There may be paradontal disease (gum inflammation) that is causing your problem or caries. Seeing a dentist may be helpful.

Tightness: You may have something stuck between teeth. See Dentist. You may have teeth that are shifting because of malocclusion, loss of posterior teeth without replacement, and/or bone loss because of gum disease. Ask your Dentist if specialist Orthodontist and/or specialist Periodontist is in order.
