I fell from 2m height 2 days ago got xrays done evey thing seemed ok. This morming I felt something pop in the back of my ribcage and now its painfull to cough, sneaze or even take deep breaths. The pain is in the back of rib cage at bottom side.
I had two sharp sudden pains under my left breast in my rib cage and since then I've had a dry cough and aches in the same area. I can now feel the achyness at the bottom of my ribs and in my upper back sometimes.

Tender small spot on left last rib above hip bone on the side of my body more towards my back. I can feel a small lump or swelling possibly in the skin it feels like. What causes this area to be so tender to touch? It doesn't hurt to breath move cough etc
