Omg i swallowed my tongue piercing the bar & of on the balls .. i am so scared . dont know what to do ????

First calm down: likely you will just poop the piercing out. But if any part of the pierce is sharp you may need to get an xray to make sure you are passing it. If there is any pain go to ER immediately

Should pass: The ball cap should easily pass through the digestive tract, and the bar likely will as well. However, the bar does have a greater chance of being hung up or perforating something. You should check your stools to see if it passes, and see your doctor immediately if you have any pain, tenderness, fever, bleeding or vomiting.

Usually passes: Check stools for the pieces. If you develop abdominal pain, fever or chills, nausea or vomiting, or blood in the stools go to ER.

Foreign object: if no bleeding, no pain or vomiting you may pass it in your stool.
